Résumé
Carina Rau was born on September 1, 1977 in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt. Starting in 1998, she studied law in Tübingen and successfully took her first state exam in the field of law in 2003. The second state exam in the field of law was successfully taken in 2005 in Stuttgart. She then completed her dissertation on the topic “Das Kapitalanleger-Musterverfahrensgesetz vor dem Hintergrund von Dispositions- und Verhandlungsgrundsatz” with Prof. Dr. Marotzke, Tübingen. From 2006 to 2009 she was an attorney for the law firm Wahlert Rechtsanwälte. Since June 2009 she is working for the law firm Walter Sigle Rechtsanwälte.
